Unique custom jewelry
I have no plans to quit my real job - I am a violist with the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra. Music has always been the focus of my life, but I've played around with jewelry making since the age of twelve. When I finally learned how to knot pearls, my jewelry designs took on a life of their own. Many of the women in the Symphony, my earliest supporters and customers, wear my jewelry, as well as several of the orchestra's guests, artists, their wives and many members of the Symphony Guild. My original designs were delicate, high quality gemstones in keeping with the type of jewelry appropriate for Symphony members to wear while performing. With the addition of designing pieces for several shops, I've broadened my horizons, and now my designs have expanded into a vast array of beautiful pieces. My husband Jim and I call them Pieces From the World, in honor of the many elements I collect from my own travels and the travels of family and friends,most notably from Tibet, Japan, Utah and New Mexico. If there is a piece you like, but you want a different clasp,length, or even stone, or if something here sparks your imagination, don't hesitate to contact me!
